About Custom Orders

Question:  I see something I like but I would like it in a different color or style shirt, is that possible?

Answer:  Yes, absolutely!  Just hit the "Contact Us" section on our Home Page and send us a note.  You may do this for items you may have seen in the past or that someone else was wearing that you do not see currently on the site.

 

About Sizing/Cut

Question:  How does the sizing run?

Answer:  True to size unless fitted is in the description.  Fitted shirts run 1-2 sizes smaller, size up.

 

About Neckline

Question:  Do you offer v-necks?

Answer:  Only on select styles up to 2X in fitted style and up to 3X unisex.

 

About Shipping

Question:  How long will it take to get my custom order?

Answer:  It could take up to 21 days to get your custom order but most orders ship within 3-5 business days.  Average shipping time is less than 10 days.

 

Returns or Exchanges

Question:  Can I return my item for a different size?

Answer:  No, due to custom ordering and taking pre-caution due to Covid 19 and other viruses, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  Our sizes are true to size unless otherwise noted.  We will do our best to make a satisfactory accommodation.
