Sometimes, before you can be filled again, you have to make room by pouring out what you've been carrying.

The Pour is a guided reflection journal created to give you a safe, personal space to release, reflect, heal, and reconnect with yourself. Within these pages, you're invited to put words to the emotions, memories, conversations, disappointments, and experiences that may have been sitting quietly within you.

Through love letters to yourself, letters to loved ones who are no longer here, forgiveness reflections, mirror moments, emotional check-ins, unsent letters, and opportunities to simply say what needs to be said, The Pour encourages you to be honest about what you're carrying.  It also helps you be intentional about letting it go.  

Think of letting go as making room...

Room for peace.
Room for boundaries.
Room for joy.
Room for healing.
Room for you.

There is no right or wrong way to use The Pour. Write a little or write a lot. Cry, reflect, laugh, remember, release, and return whenever you need a safe place to simply be honest with yourself.
